Rachel + Matthew

I consider myself completely blessed to have been able to photograph Rachel and Matthew. The Schwieterman family has grown to feel like an extension of our own family over the years, and anytime we visit, I leave with a full heart and happy soul.

I was so glad Rachel suggested Lakeside Rosegardens in Fort Wayne, it is absolutely beautiful! Beautiful columns, flowers, and a fountain! I would definitely recommend this location for a photoshoot in FW or just to visit if you need some peace!

During these next few shots, it got really cloudy and started to sprinkle. Then it lightly rained and we took shelter under a tree for a few minutes, and were quickly right back at it! Luckily the sun still peaked through and it didn't stay cloudy for long!

I'm just in awe of how perfect these two are. Every time I look through these images, my heart starts racing because I just love them so much and how beautiful they are and I'm so thankful I got to take photos for them! I get all giddy and excited every time I look through their gallery. This is why I love what I do!

We ended the session under this pretty willow tree. I love all of the emotion you get from these images. I love their love story and am so glad I could give them professional photos! They have been married now for just over 3 years, so some updated couples photos were a must!

Since they are like family, after our session we visited with more of the fam, had a great dinner, and enjoyed the outdoors and set off fireworks with the kids! Such a fun visit, and I always love exploring new places and going on new adventures!
