FAQ
Do you have a travel fee?
Yes! I love traveling!! My travel fee is .55/mile roundtrip and is calculated for anywhere beyond 20 miles from my home in Kalamazoo. For sessions more than an hour away one way, an additional fee of $.50 per minute roundtrip will be added. For farther away sessions, accommodations and travel (flights, rental car) may be necessary. Client agrees to cover these travel costs within reason.
What type of photos do I get?
You will receive a generous amount of edited, digital, high (original) resolution images (JPG). Unedited, or RAW photos, will never be given.
Do you include prints?
I don't currently include any photo prints in packages but you can easily order prints directly through your gallery! Prints get sent to Millers Professional Imaging photo lab. They are fast, high quality, and it is super easy to order your prints!
How many photos will I receive?
I don't set a limit on how many photos you get! Mini sessions are the only sessions that I set limits on. You can typically expect around 100 photos per hour. This can vary as some sessions will get around 80 photos, and some will get closer to 200! I am very generous in my photo giving and I pretty much give you all of the good photos, meaning you won't get any where your hair is flying crazy or you're making a weird face. Anything that I feel is a special moment captured will be included.
How long until I receive my photos?
Typically, my average turnaround time is 3 weeks. If it's a busier time of year, it can be up to 5 weeks. However, I will always keep you updated if there is a delay!
